Joycelyn Snell founded PCS in the late 1990s and is recognized as one of Boston’s top 10 executive coaches.
Joycelyn worked with MIT Sloan School of Management in Career and Leadership Development and the design of an internationally focused career education curriculum. She also served as a career advisor and lecturer at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
Prior to founding PCS, she was employed at Digital Equipment Corporation as their European Executive Development Manager based in England and was a corporate participant in the Advanced Management Program at the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD). Early on in her career, she co-founded the Center for Career Education for Women in South Carolina.
Joycelyn holds an advanced certification in Organization Development from the National Training Lab, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Counseling from the State University of New York at Albany, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Washington University.
A frequent lecturer and presenter at conferences and workshops on career and leadership development strategies, Joycelyn holds memberships in the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital and Harvard Medical School, the Human Resource Leadership Forum, the International Coach Federation, and The Boston Club, a professional network of senior executive women
